I am a Master's student in Science, Technology, and Policy at ETH Zurich, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Grinnell College. My work combines quantitative methods, applied machine learning, and natural language processing with institutional and policy analysis, with an emphasis on AI infrastructure, industrial policy, and decision-making under uncertainty in real-world systems.
